Tupac the great rapper
In my mind, Tupac Shakur was the most amazing rapper of our times and even to this day, no can match him any almost any way. His lyrics, his style, his everything was something that fans and people who met him loved and adored. Tupac was true to himself and that is what got him so far. A young man with a passion for music that drove everyone mad because he never hid the truth.
Tupac came from the ghetto in the United States and didn’t know his father like most African Americans in that environment. However, he took that negativity and turned it into one of the most amazing careers any one could ever imagine. Tupac was making more money in the music business than anyone else and nothing could stop him. His music was breaking barriers all over the globe.
Since his first album came out, Tupac instantly became the center of attention. The industry was shocked because no one ever came close to his demeanor. His lyrics were all about what was going on back than and that is why it struck a chord with thousands of people especially black people especially the ones in the urban community.
Tupac than released several albums and the media labeled him a ‘Gangster’ rapper. He also ended up in jail for quiet some time until he was rescued by Suge Knight of Death row records and than went Multi-platinum again. His music was now all over and everybody especially white America embraced him like crazy. Tupac was on SNL and many other TV shows and became an household name.
Tupac will sure be missed as he was murdered at a very young age. However, he has accomplished more in his life than most of us ever will. Tupac’s story tells me that their is a time for everything and we must take advantage of the time we had by using our talents and putting them to work. If we don’t our time might just run out and we’ll be nothing but dust in the wind. Thanks for everything Tupac, you will be missed.
