Skinny layouts are one of the hottest things to hit the layout designer world. They usually have tiny miniature modules that are less than half of the size of original sized layouts. It is important to note that they are amazingly wonderful for organization purposes. The small modules force you to keep everything clean and concise, instead of misplaced.

Why would anyone want a layout that is all scrunched up and hard to read? Because its clean. Some people prefer to have tiny organized text, versus large glaring text and modules. Skinny layouts make it easy for people who like organization, to keep things organized. Sure you might not be able to read the 6 to 8 point font, but at least its not overwhelmingly huge text either. Skinny layouts are often seen as “scene” and “fashionable”. Trendy people flock for these layouts, and love using them!

Who makes these layouts? The same people that make all of the other layouts across the globe. They are designed for people obsessed with small things and organization. Skinny layout designers find these easier to make, thus being able to create more in a shorter period of time. Skinny layout creators also love cute things. They will usually be decorated with chibi characters, hearts, stars, stripes, and generally happy themes. Girls are usually seen with skinny layouts on their profile pages, because of the cute factor.

There are a few downsides to using a skinny layout, but they are dominated by the positive aspects. Some people like to add a lot of graphics and flash objects to their page, but skinny layouts do not allow that without the modules overflowing. A popular summer location for tourists is West Palm Beach, one of the leading destinations in Florida. West Palm has numerous opportunities for both tourists and residents alike, and there will never be a shortage of fun for either.
