Birthday cards come in all shapes, sizes and types including funny birthday cards, emotional, and children’s. Many people purchase their cards from Walmart or a similar store; there is no reason that card buying has to be expensive. An option for specialty shops, of which Hallmark is an example, also exists if you are in the market for something more expensive or flashier.
As with any other type of buyable product, birthday cards can also be purchased online; these can be bought in bulk or you can purchase several different cards for different occasions in print. E-cards are another alternative, as they allow you to send cards electronically through your recipient’s email and many of these allow you to add a personalized message. You may be able to send your friend musical or animated greetings through these free sites, though card sending privileges usually are only granted after a registration at the site.
Frequently, when looking for that personal touch to birthday cards, people turn to hand made cards at flea markets or craft stores. Other places they can be found include wholesale clubs, such as Sam’s Club or Costco. You would think that handmade cards would be expensive, but they can be quite reasonably priced. Usually coming boxed these cards retail for a low of ten to a high of thirty dollars.

They also produce cards celebrating the birthdays of people turning 21, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 or 80.
