What if something I order is out of stock?
We try very hard not to let that happen, but sometimes we sell out of something quicker than our suppliers can ship more to us. That’s especially true with a new release. If you’ve ordered an item that’s out of stock, we’ll let you know right away. If it’s something that we currently have on order or can order for you, we’ll check to be sure that it’s available, and that it will be here in time to ship for your party (there are no additional shipping charges on backordered items).For all states, except Alaska and Hawaii, we use Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex Express and UPS. We do not use DHL at this time. All Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses are sent via USPS.
If I place an order for standard shipping, how long will it take to receive?
All orders sent via standard shipping will be received with 7 to 10 business days. Plum Party orders ship within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. We cannot make any changes to the order within this period unless an item is on backorder. If you need the items for a specific date which falls within 7 to 10 business days, please choose 4-day express shipping. Party supplies should be widely available now in the USA at retail chains like Target, Wal-Mart, Party City and Toys R Us.
