What are Party Favors, how many do I get, and when are they handed out?
Party Favors are items that are handed out throughout the party to enhance your affair. Party Favors are included in your package and quantity depends on which package you have chosen. Additional Party Favors can always be added to your package. The assortment will vary from party to party and, when possible, will reflect the theme of your party. (I.e. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We request that all orders be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event (except for birth announcements). Birth announcements are usually ready to be shipped or picked up in 48 hours (if set up before birth of the child, wraps will be ready in 24 hours). If your running short on time, contact us – we might be able to fit you in. Orders are processed when payment is received.We provide aprons for guests to use while cooking. Parties That Cook aprons make great party favors for only $12 each, plus applicable sales tax. These high-quality, durable cotton aprons will be a memento that your guests can use again and again. Can I order more than one flavor in my order?
Yes. What do I do if my bars melt?
If by some chance you do leave your bars in the heat for a while, there is usually no problem if slight softening does occur. Do not handle them, simply allow bars to harden at a cool room temperature. DO NOT FREEZE bars as it will cause the bars to turn white and powdery.Yes, all orders will have to be approved before final printing. We will email you a sample to make sure that it is exactly what you wanted. If there is any changes you want made on them just let us know.
What about the extra’s such as lighting and party favors?
Lighting is available upon request at an additional charge and they are modern and visually appealing systems. Large lighting trusses and stands tend to take away from the ambiance of the venue you have chosen for your event. Party favors (hats, inflatable props, glow sticks, etc) can be order through our service with drop shipping available.Every case has 24 bottles. All of the sodas and the sparkling water are in 12 ounce glass bottles.the Spring Water comes in 16.9 ounce plastic bottles.You can use any photo you have at home. We are able to scan photos onto wrappers to make your occasion special.
What is your return policy?
All wrapper are personalized with information supplied by you, therefore once a product has been proof-approved and/or printed we do not offer refunds or exchanges.That depends on which way you have placed your order. If you have placed it with the Label Wizard, we could ship it the very next day. If you placed it with the Custom Label option, it will take a day or so for the proof, then we can ship it the same day you approve it if it’s before noon.or the next day if it’s after noon.
