4 Ways To Cheat At Casinos
Here’s a fact that I am sure you know – Casinos don’t like cheaters very much, they are more than willing to make a cheater’s life miserable if they find you trying to take their money by cheating.
However in order for a cheater to be charged with fraud or a felony they have to be using an electronic tool, or similar to cheat the casino or dealer out of money.
Card counting is not considered a crime, and it’s left up to the casino whether or not to ban such a talented person. Rest assured, most casinos will not allow it and may make it seem like a greater offense than it is.
Because casinos security guards are so vengeful, cheating is not recommended. However, you did ask so here are four tips on casino cheating.
1. Card Counting in Blackjack There is a classic method known as ‘hi-lo’ and it works like this – WHen the cards are shuffled and dealt the player starts at 0. For every ace, 10 or face card that is dealt you take 1 point away from the total. For every 2-6 that is dealt you add a point to the total. Cards that are 7, 8 or 9 are zero points. Before each hand divide your count by the number of decks that are left. The time to bet is when you get a total of +2. Word of warning, try not to move your lips as you count the cards or the casinos may catch onto the fact that you are counting cards!
2. Poker Marking poker is often an easier game to rig as you are playing against other players rather than playing against the house itself. People ‘mark’ cards in a variety of ways including scratching the corner of a card with a fingernail, shading parts of the card or blocking parts of the card out. A cheater may then use special contact lenses or glasses to see these ‘marks’ as they may or may not be visible to the naked eye.
3.Dicing Dice in Craps Cheating in craps involves either a player slipping in altered dice (which may be weighted down rounded out on one side to increase the odds of a high number) or manipulating legitimate dice. You can improve your odds at rolling your desired number by placing the wanted number face up in your hand and then moving your hand so that it remains in the position, whether rolling or landing flat. If you master this technique, be subtle about it as casinos do look for this and will not hesitate to send you on your way.
4.Outsmarting the Slot Machines Though slot machines are improving in technology, some are still susceptible to the old “fake quarter” trick, so as long as the fake is the same size, makeup and density as the casino-provided quarters. Additionally, scammers have found that attaching string to a quarter can fool some slot machines into thinking you have placed a bet.
