Y Tu Mama Tambien The Movie
The movie Y tu Mama Tambien is a Mexican movie on 2001 that fetched the New York Film Critics awards for the Best Foreign Film. It is an ageless and unforgettable tale that was loved and well acknowledged by people around the world. The movie depicted the life of Mexico and its locals. It accurately portrayed the poverty that was also common in most parts of Mexico. The movie was widely celebrated and has been one of the rosters for the best foreign fill of all time.
The movie is about two boys (portrayed by the artist Gael Garcia Bernal) who encountered an older and married woman named Luisa on a family activity. Attracted to her attractive face, they began boasting about an imaginary beach until they where cut off by a phone call from Luisa’s husband telling her that she was cheating on her. Luisa decided to go along with the two boys although the two has no idea of their destination.
During the trip and inside the car, the two boys bragged about their sexual encounters to Luisa. They had a hotel stop over and this is when Luisa bade her husband goodbye. The other boy saw her crying in her room and began seducing her until they ended up in bed together. The character of Bernal saw what happened between the two and confronted them because he wanted Luisa too.
Luis settled the score between the two boys by sleeping with Bernal’s character the next day. They all resumed the ride and found the imaginary beach and surprisingly with the same name. The trio frolicked and enjoyed the beach and had fun. They got drunk and slept together, the three of them that night. The next day Luisa woke up early to leave the boys the boys and end it after which she made a last phone call to tell her husband goodbye.
This film is will be shown in New Mexico as a tribute to Mexican culture where almost half of the over-all population in the area is of Hispanic origin.
