Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival at Virginia
For the past 19 years there has always been a Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival. For this year it will be held on April 18 and April 19, 2009. The location of the festival will be at the Downtown Historic area of Leesburg, 60 Ida Lee Drive, NE, Leesburg, Va 20176.
The Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival is a garden show that will have a lot of landscape expo. Visitors are guaranteed of beautiful products that will add wonders to their garden. If you have not made up your mind on what you will do to your garden, there will be experts around to help you. You will get the chance to ask the experts about any questions you might have about your garden.
This festival was not created for adults only but children were also included in the creation of the festival. There is a childrens corner where children will have a place to enjoy. They will have art and educating activities that will entertain them the whole time.
The garden show will open on April 18 from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on April 19 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The admission fee and parking area will be free for the public. The promoters will provide the vendors with electricity but there will be a $60.00 additional charge.
Vendors that will display items and products that are good for the garden will be invited to join the festival. Landscaping indoor and outdoor product items are also welcome. The promoters are looking for exhibitors that will focus on having a garden, horticulture or leisure outdoor living at the houses.
The Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival is a juried garden show. For vendors that are interested in joining the show will need to submit a sign application with 2 pictures or slides of their items and one picture of their booths. There will also be a jury fee of $20.00 that will need to be submitted with the application. The space fee is $135 – $240 depending on size (10×10, 16X10, and 16×24).
