The 25th Annual Spring Art & Craft Show will be on April 4, 2009 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. This prestigious event will be held at the Helena Civic Center Ballroom. The admission fee is $2.00 for adults and children above the age of 10, while children younger then 10 will be admitted for free. After all the 25 years of experience this years expected audience will be around 2,000.

For artist or craft makers that would like to attend this juried event. Your application together with pictures, slides or a web site of your work and the space fee must be submitted. The promoter is always looking for new and unique products so if you do have any new and unique products please make sure to submit them. You will get most chances of attending the show if you do.

An exhibitor stamp will be given to each vendor per booth. When you have this exhibitors stamp you will get to enter and leave the craft show without paying for the admission fee. Vendors will make sure that friends and family will pay for their admission fee. All item, tables, chairs and people assisting the vendor must fit in the booth. Set up time for the booth will be at 5:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Friday and on Saturday it will be 6:45 A.M. to 8:45 A.M.
