New York St Elisabeth Church Flea Market
St. Elisabeth’s Church Craft Fair – Flea Market will be held on April 18, 2009 at the Church parish house, 6 Harvard Street, Floral Park, NY 11001. Vendors will be allowed to set up their booths from 8:00 A.M. until the time the festival will open at 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. It has been 32 years that this festival has been held and it is also done twice a year.
Based on last years estimate attendance of about 400 for this year the promoters are estimating about the same amount. There will be no admission fee for the public. Street parking is available at the back of the church which is free for all vendors and customers.
$32.00 space fee is charge for the vendors; this space fee includes an 8×8 tables and chair. The promoters will provide for electricity but they will be wall spots only. The promoter will not be providing for the water. All restrooms will be found at the ground floor of the church.
The St. Elisabeth’s Church Craft Fair – Flea Market is an indoor and non juried craft show. There will be raffle draws at the entrance. If vendors wish to attend this craft show there will be a space fee of $30.00. The promoters are looking for craft makers or vendors that has products like new craft items, jewelry, antiques, holiday items, collectibles, books/records, moderately use clothing and household items, cosmetics, health products, toys, children’s clothing and all types of hand made crafts.
Foods that are licensed by the Nassau County Health Dept will be allowed in the craft show. The vendors will need to show any proof that the food came from a kitten that is licensed by the Nassau County Health Dept.
