The Plot of Transformers 2
Transformers 2 is the upcoming science fiction movie that has created a tornado of hype among the youngsters and elders. It is a sequel to the Transformers (2007), which was a great hit. The numerous fans are greatly anticipating the movie’s release, which is scheduled in June 2009. Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen promises a very impressive plot and is introducing new roles while having the ones still in the motion picture because of their affect on the spectators and their demand in the motion picture. The plot of Transformers 2 can be guessed by the title of the movie. The Fallen refers to the return of the villain in the movie. Fallen is one of the Transformers that was created by Optimus Prime to assist him in defeating Unicorn in the battle field. In order to understand the real history of Fallen, it is really essential and recommended to watch the part 1 of the movie first, before watching its sequel.
Optimus Prime originated this Transformer to command time and ordain in the world and to look over the main force of information. Furthermore, he was also created to watch over the procedure of aging and annihilation in the universe, but unluckily he got attracted to the evil side of the universe. Bedlam, death, and bad forces enticed him to cheat his chief, and eventually he went after a new idol and left Optimus Prime.
That is the prime reason why he was referred to as the Fallen. Now being on the dark side he has gained power and strength and is devoted to Unicorn; the enemy of Optimus Prime. At the end of the first battle, both Unicorn and Fallen have been sealed.
Another aspect surrounding the plot of the movie is that, Deception, the villain who captured Elita to lure Optimus Prime and finish him off is expected to return to planet earth to capture Sam Witchwicky, who originally discovered the history of existence of Transformers. This is where Optimus Prime enters into the plot, as it is his duty to protect human kind.
So in order to save Sam, a great battle takes place. Optimus Prime, the main character of the movie cannot obviously lose, so he plans out the battle. With the help of foreign allies and armies, he makes a huge army to assist him and help return Sam back to earth. This is the climax of the movie which everyone is really looking forward to and which is expected to create a great deal of thrill.
Transformers 2 is surely going to be a great hit, considering the excitement and hype about it. It sure promises a good story line, suspense factor, and action. Although, some may find it not as exciting as the first Transformers (2007), but till the release of the sequel nothing can be said for sure.
