Are you interested in leveling a Paladin? Since the last expansion, the Paladin has been quite a popular class, most likely because the Horde were previously not able to select it as a class.

Paladins are a fun class to play as and not only that, they are extremely powerful, some may consider them even overpowered. Now if youre looking to get one started and need a head start in the leveling game, here are some tips that will help you out:

For the first 5 to 10 levels while leveling a Paladin, all you have to do is just do all the quests that you find in the first town. By doing this you will level up, find new items, find gear as well as pick up much needed gold, or rather copper and silver.

Youll spend up to level 6 in the first town, once its time to move on to the next, repeat the same process of picking up and completing every quest you can find in the second town.

Now while youre doing all this, dont forget to keep up with your gear and buying your special abilities otherwise youll have problems leveling fast.

Also keep in mind that you should learn weapon skills as you come across the trainers for them, this way you don’t wind up throwing away weapons because you don’t have the skill to use them.

If you’re leveling up on your own, make sure you go down the Retribution path, this will give you some much needed melee damage. Also while you’re leveling, make sure you have an aura up at all times.

As a Paladin, you’ll want to deal with only 1 mob at a time and deal with it using a 2 handed weapon of some sort, this will allow you to deal extra damage. If you get overwhelmed though, switch to your shield and sword.
