A Few Of The Best Movies From Every Type
Everybody seems to have a specific favorite when it comes to movie genres. A few love horror movies, some are fond of action movies, some choose dramas or chick flicks and many of us like excellent documentaries. But even though we have favorites there are always movies from the other genres that we end up loving too.
The reality is that good movies come from all of the different genres. Movies are intended to amuse us and that they do. It seems that each movie is esteemed by somebody and of course, some movies are cherished by many.
Any list of the most excellent recent movies from any sort will likely include the movies that became the runaway success hits but no matter how exhaustive the list there will always be some movies that should be incorporated but are missing off the list. You just can’t name each person’s preferred.
Dramas are pretty well-liked with most persons. Some of the best drama’s from the past 20 years or so would include “Slumdog Millionaire” from 2008, “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” from 2004 from very recent, and “Schindler’s List” from 1993, “American Beauty” from 1999, “The Shawshank Redemption” and “Forrest Gump” both from 1994, and of course, lots of others that there is no space to cite.
Horror movies are enjoyable if you love to be fearful and nearly everyone of us do at times. Some classics that must be seen are “The Exorcist”, “Silence of the Lambs” and “The Shining”. Some more current chilling flicks are “30 days of Night” and “The Saw’ franchise movies. You can’t overlook the “Friday the 13th” and “Halloween” movies. Stephen King has always scared the bejesus out of us so anything from him is usually really excellent.
All loves a excellent comedy. A movie that is a must see if you are an adult of course is “The 40 year old Virgin”. Yes, you will laugh until you cry. Anything with Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey is regularly pretty hilarious. And all of the Saturday Night Live alumni make great movies. Check out Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in “Baby Mama” and anything by Will Farrell like “Blades of Glory” or “Semi-pro”.
Chick flicks are the movies that touch your heart that you want to see over and over again. If you like Reese Witherspoon make certain that you see “Sweet Home Alabama” or “Just Like Heaven”. There are the older standbys that people still are fond of like “Sleepless in Seattle” or “Fools Rush In”. A chick flick that was great from 2008 was “What happens in Vegas” with Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. One and all enjoys a great chick flick.
