Interested in leveling a warlock in World of Warcraft? If you’re looking to re-roll as a ‘Lock, they’re a great class to play as, especially as of late, they are quite a powerful class.

Now although they are powerful, they do have a learning curve that can be tough, they have a lot of different spells they need to cast in order to kill off their enemies, you’re going to have your hands full.

If you’d like some simple tips to start you off, here are some to get you started:

1. Level With An Ally

If youre leveling a Warlock, it will go a lot faster if youre leveling with a friend, you may not get as much gold since it will be split between you, however the levels will go by faster.

2. What To Do For Levels 1-9

When you begin fighting as a Warlock, youre going to have only Shadowbolt and Demon Skin, so your options will be limited, but as soon as you get a hold of your Imp, Curse of Agony and Corruption, heres what youre going to do:

-Cast Immolation on the enemy

-send your imp to attack the enemy

-use Curse of Agony on the enemy

-Cast Corruption

-Spam Shadowbolt or your wand to finish him off

3. The Attack Formula For Levels 10-24

Upon reaching level 10, you will have the ability to call forth a Voidwalker, a great tank. When you get this guy, you’re going to have to change your plan of attack though to this:

-Send in your Voidwalker to attack the enemy

-Use Curse of Agony

-Use Corruption

-Cast Immolate

-Shadowbolt or wand enemy until it is dead

Now you need to switch things up because you need to keep the aggro away from you and keep it on the Voidwalker, so you don’t want to start out with heavy damage.

This will get you started with leveling a Warlock, however if you really want to level fast, you’ll need a more detailed tutorial which covers all the levels.
