Shark Tooth Island is one of the earlier islands in Poptropica and is one of the fastest and easiest to do. Here is a complete Shark Tooth Island Walkthrough to help you solve this fun and exciting adventure in the game. If you’re fast you can complete the entire quest in about seven minutes.

When you first arrive you will be at the start of the island. Start going to the right and run all the way to the end of this area. You will see a sign marked Ancient Ruins. Go to the right and head there. It’s ok to skip everything in this area for now because you’ll be back here towards the end. If you have time, you might want to stop in the Shark Musuem. You don’t have to do it to complete the mission but it’s kind of cool. Once you arrive in the Ancient Ruins, run to the right and jump over the big stone boulder in your way. Keep going until you see the sign for Booga Bay and then go right again.

Run right through the next short area to get to Booga Bay. There is a guy selling grass skirts here. Talk to him and her will give you one. Put the grass skirt on ant then go back left to the ancient ruins. When you arrive, run to the left and then jump over the big rock in the middle. Stand next to it and then push it to the right until it is underneath the vine next to the palm tree. Jump up on the top of the block and then jump up again to grab the vine.

Now climb up the fine and jump up on the platforms until you get to the very top of the tree. Watch out for the falling coconuts, which can knock you down. When you get to the very top of the tree, there will be a Medicine Man there. Speak with him and he will tell you that deep in the temple you’ll find a wall carving that shows you what you need ot bring to him. You will need to collect all the ingredients so that he can make a special potion in a coconut for you to feed to the shark so that you can rescue Professor Hammerhead and the little boy that are trapped in Booga Bay.

Now just jump out of the tree and keep heading down until you land safely on the ground. On the left you’ll see the dark and scary entrance to the temple. Go inside the mouth of the statue to enter. Go down the first set of platforms.

You will be standing on the top of a big platform in a large chamber. All you need to do is jump down until you land at the very bottom in some green water. Walk to the left until you get to the end and then jump up the platforms. You will be standing next to a green control panel that will open the door. Click on the panel to enter the code to open it.

This panel will open the door to the left, but only if you press the correct teeth in the mouth. Counting from the left, you need to click on the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th teeth. Then press the big triangle above the teeth and between the two eyes. The door will open and you can go through it to the left. Keep going through the next passage and you’ll arrive inside a large chamber with a green vine hanging down. This one works a lot like the chamber before. Just jump onto the vine and drop all the way down to the bottom. Go left some more and you’ll come up to a big golden statue of the shark. Jump up on top of that statue and then over it. At this point, you can either jump up onto the swinging panel above you and keep going left, or just head straight across. If you jump up, you’ll get to a small pit with spikes in the walls. Jump down here and you’ll land next to an old skeleton with a bone in its mouth. Walk over to the bone to pick it up.

OK, now return to the shark statue and jump back onto the top. Next, jump up on the swinging platform and then jump left until you get to the top of a platform that overlooks a pit with spikes in the walls. Stand here and wait for the platform to slide next to you and then get on it. When it reaches the other side, jump off and then head to the left. Now you will go into the final chamber. This one is really easy. Just jump down to the bottom and go to the left. You will arrive at a large pedestal with a container at the top. Jump up to get it. This is the key ingredient for the potoion that the medicine man will make you. Now, jump onto the vine and climb up it to get out of the temple. Keep going up through the room with lots of platforms by jumping all the way up to the top.

Now you will appear back where you started next to a hole in the sand that wasn’t there before. You will arrive right next to the guy who sells shark fins. Head a little bit to the right and there will be a guy in front of a booth next to the Coconut Cafe. Talk to him and he will give you some coconut milk. This is the last ingredient that you will need for the medicine man.

Walk to the right and go back to the Ancient Ruins. You will need to push the big stone again to get underneath the vine next to the big palm tree. Go all the way back up to the tree to return to where the Medicine Man is standing and talk to him. He will take all three ingredients from you and make you a special Calming potion to give to the shark. Now jump down from the tree and head to the right to Booga Bay.

After you arrive in Booga Bay, go to the right until you pass a fisherman and arrive at a cannon with a sign next to it that says, “Feed the Shark.” Click on the cannon and point it up in the air and then click again to shoot the coconut with the potion in it into the bay. As soon as it lands in the water, the great Booga shark will appear and eat it. He’ll turn green and then fall asleep below the water. Click on the “Back” button in the upper-right corner of the game to return to the main screen. You can safely cross the water while the shark is sleeping. Cross the island and you will come to a small island. Go right at the end and you will then arrive next to Professor Hammerhead.

Talk to Professor Hammerhead and he will thank you for rescuing him and the boy and ask you to lead them back to the mainland. Head to the left again and back across the water. Both the professor and the boy will follow you. When you arrive back to where the crying woman is standing, she will thank you for rescuing her son. Professor Hammerhead will then give you a gold medallion and you have completed the adventure. Congratulations!
