Strategy PC Games -Three Good Excuses to Play Them
Gaming, such a trendy word, but really who are these games meant for? Below are my three reasons why every adult should have a go at strategy PC games.
1. Downloadable Online Purchases – If games are only available online to be downloaded, then you must be expected to pay for them with a credit card. Since credit cards are only issued to adults, surely that means that the target audience for down loadable games has got to be adults?
It also means that you don’t have to go to a store where you will end up being served by someone half your age, with no customer service skills, who thinks that anyone over 21 is heading for an old peoples home.
2. You Need To Think – Kids games are often about shooting up, about collecting something and hoping that you have enough at the end of the game to get the music to chime that you are a winner.
They are also a wonderful way to wind down from your hectic day either at work or with the kids. A glass of wine in one hand and a problem to solve in a fantastical world – perfect.
3.You Need To Have Time – If they were meant to be played by kids they would be on the social networking sites – isn’t that where all the kids spend their time (that and messaging and chatting). They are meant for people to do in their time out, when the crossword seems a bit to challenging!
So now you have no excuses. Get yourself comfy; go visit the games sites and have a read through the mass of games available to you.
One word of warning, there are some companies, one in particular, Big Fish Games, who produce so many games that you may need a couple of evenings to decide which game you want to start with. But this is where the fun starts, you can really enjoy working out what type of game most appeals to you.
