With the increased popularity of online games, you’d almost believe that trading game cards would be obsolete. But guess again! When there’s a wildly popular MMORPG, it’s guaranteed that any trading game cards issued to add value to the game are going to be snapped up!

I think everyone has heard of World of Warcraft, since it’s one of the most popular MMORPG’s in today’s gaming world. Just about anything associated with it is a guaranteed hit. Those hard to come by WoW Loot Cards tend to send gamers right into a frenzy to get their hands on them.

But what exactly makes these special cards different from all the cards there are in a WoW trading card set? First and foremost, these WoW loot card aren’t like the other common cards in a deck. These cards have 25-digit promotion codes which are hidden under protective layers.

These codes can be entered into the WoWs promotions page. Don’t worry too much since all of these codes are usable in US and EU servers. There are three kinds of loot cards namely: common loot cards, (which are now consumable in-game items), rare loot cards, and very rare loot cards. All the same, these cards are still very valuable especially to seasoned gamers of WoW.

Where do you find the WoW Loot Cards? These very special cards are rare editions, and they’re found in WoW TCG’s. They can be found in starter decks, booster packs and raid decks. So it follows that the more packs of cards that you purchase, the better your chances of finding a loot card!

So how do you use the WoW Loot Cards? Each card has a code which will be revealed when it’s been scratched off. All you have to do is go to the WoW promotions page and enter the code. Once you’ve entered the code, choose the realm and region for your character that will be given the loot item in-game. But don’t just toss the loot card away, as you’ll still need to have it later on.

Ok, so now what do you do? You’ve entered your code on the WoW promotion page, and now you’ll get an in-game code. Keep that code in a secure place, as you’re going to need it to claim your loot item. You’ll need to login to the game with your character who will obtain the item, and hop on over to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale.

Now you need to go find the goblin on the docks of Booty Bay. The goblin’s name is Landro Longshot, and you need to go talk to him. He’ll ask you why you’re there, and you’re there because of a promotion. He’ll want to know where you obtained the promotion, and you’ll tell him what kind of set of card it was from – a raid deck, a starter deck or a booster pack. If you’re not certain, just look at your loot card.

Collecting these cards can be tedious, but with rare in-game items as rewards, it may be worth all the trouble. All the best in finding a WoW loot card!
