If you are involved in real estate investment there is no doubt that most investors are currently lacking one thing, cash. The Private Placement Memorandum (also referred to as PPM or Offering Memorandum) originated out of Regulation D which was rooted in the Securities Act of 1933. The Toshiba television 32RV635DB is one reminder that things have really changed over the past few years where electronics are concerned.

2008 saw an almost absolute change from the older CRT technology to the newer, sharper LCD technology. All of the new TVs are HD capable LCD or plasma screen televisions. One of these LCD TVs is the Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB.

The Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB is the British counterpart to the Toshiba Regza 32RV635. What’s the difference? Only the adaptation for UK usage with the three pins as opposed to the US model.

The 32RV635DB gives us 32 inches of screen to wow us with crystal clear images. This set is best watched from about eight to ten feet. You will appreciate the cabinet design and thoughtful looks that this television has been given. Unlike many other LCD TVs, this Toshiba model will look like it belongs in your living room, not a showroom floor.You’ll love this model if you are planning on spending lots of time watching your favorite sitcoms, dramas and movies.

Tests show that the 32RV635DB is better than average for standard definition or high definition television viewing, but may not be suitable for some higher end gaming applications.

All of the Toshiba RV televisions come with a planet friendly perk. You can actually reach to the back of the set and throw a switch that will help you be a better environmentally conscious citizen. The switch in question allows you to cut back the typical 3 watt an hour power usage while not in use to under 1 watt per hour when in standby. Why would anyone not throw the switch? You’ll be helping the planet by reducing your carbon footprint with the 32RV635DB.

There was a great change made for the Toshiba 32RV635DB. The GUI (graphic user interface) has completely changed. Their menu screens are much more user friendly and the icons and fonts have really been upgraded. Unlike many other menus, you won’t be squinting and trying to focus to figure out what you’re doing on the menu. The colours are sharp and crisp and make the options easy to read.

You will have to keep an eye on the aspect ratio setting. The easiest thing to do is to check it when you turn the set on.

The set did demonstrate some overdrive errors and colour smearing during more technical testing. The end result was that the 32RV635DB is excellent for passive viewing of television programming in standard or high definition modes, but may not be able to keep up with 60p computer games.

The Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB has a better than average viewing angle, but at extreme side angles there is some unavoidable shifting of colours and gamma that lead to distortion. As far as sharpness goes, this model has a 1 to 1 pixel mapping which means that the image produced is as sharp as it is possible to obtain.

While the 32RV635DB is not one of the high end HDTV models on the market, its performance during testing showed it to be ideal for a household seeking a second TV or for day to day viewing purposes. When compared to other sets in the same price range, it outperformed almost all others sets of comparable value.

Pick up a Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB for your viewing pleasure and you’ll be seriously surprised at the quality you get for the price you pay.

When you are in a place where you are thinking about trying something new, why not look into rolling up a Death Knight? World of Warcraft’s first hero class comes from former servants of the Lich King who threw off his command and there are plenty of people who are curious about what they can do. Death Knights start at level 55 and they come equipped with good gear to match, but like any other class, they have three talent trees to choose from. Which one is going to be right for you and how does each one match up with your play style?

Blood

When you are looking at throwing your talent points into the Blood tree, you are going to discover that you are in a great place to level, though with recent patches, this is less true that it used to be. If you are a player who prefers to play while being conservative with the runic power that they use, this is the tree for you; the downside is that you will be attacking with less strength across the board. If you are interested in exploring the melee aspect of the Death Knight, this is the talent tree for you; it is more reliant on melee combat than on casting. Thanks to Rune Tap and Vampiric Blood, you will also find that you have some ability to heal yourself, which makes leveling much easier.

Frost Tree

When you put your points into the Frost Tree, you will discover that you are looking at ranged attacks. This is the tree that will allow you to do both spell damage and melee damage and if you appreciate the ability to switch back and forth, this might be the tree for you. With Howling Blast, you are going to have a great area of effect spell and the amount of amage that you can put out is relatively high. You are slightly more vulnerable and your ability to survive might be compromised thanks to your lack of ability to heal.

Unholy

Unholy Death Knights have a lot of benefits when it comes to leveling and there are many people who feel that it is now better than Blood tree for this purpose. When you are interested in taking on many mobs at once, you will discover that Unholy will provide you with a fair amount advantage in the form of a ghoul that you can summon up. They are also capable of dealing high DPS through the use of Plague Strike.

Take some time and take a look at what you want to get out of your Death Knight. There is a lot of potential in this class, and there are many people who get a lot out of it. Also keep in mind, however, the fact that as WoW’s newest class, they are subject to change. This Halloween season, Haunted Attraction Magazine will be sponsoring a Grand Tour of Haunted Houses throughout the country. It will be like their version of the CBS’s popular reality show – The Amazing Race.

Twenty four different states and over 70 Haunted Houses, Hayrides and Haunted Trails across the country are on the schedule. Reviewer and intrepid traveler, John Kennedy, will be flying/driving to haunted houses all across the country to bring you pictures and reviews of some of the countries best and most interesting Haunted Houses. The tour began in late September and will continue until the 2009 Halloween season is over.

October 12th, was the day that this tour took a stop in Denver to check out their haunted houses. During this stop John was able to stop at 4 of
Denver’s popular Haunted Houses, first was Primitive Fear and 13th Street Manor in Commerce City and finished up with the legendary 13th Door Haunted House and Curse of Slaughterhouse Gulch in South Denver. Here is a small section in Johns blog that we wrote after visiting the 13th door and Slaughterhouse Gulch.

“My second stop of the night took me to visit The 13th Door and Curse of Slaughterhouse Gulch Haunted Houses. These two haunts are located in a former shopping center in Denver but are very different haunts. I visited 13th Door Haunted House first.

The haunt is themed as a hotel with a good story behind the haunt. The Barrington Hotel was owned by wealthy Denver Millionaire, John Barrington. On a cold October night in 1912, John Barrington, was throwing his annual All Hallows Eve party in the Hotel’s Penthouse suite. Unfortunately, a disgruntled nephew with a gambling problem starts a fire killing everyone inside, except for one person who found the 13th door.

Unfortunately, I got there later in the evening and had to go through by myself, but I still enjoyed the haunt. The haunt has good scenes and energetic actors who were doing their best to scare. There is a good variety of scenes and has plenty of dark spaces.

The second haunt I visited was Curse of Slaughterhouse Gulch which is similar to 13th Door but edgier and more intense. As you can guess by the name, it is a slaughterhouse themed haunt. This attraction featured solid scenes and enthusiastic actors just like 13th Door.”

When this Grand Tour ends it will have gone over 15,000 miles! Most of the tour will traveled via the trusty Haunted Attraction Hybrid with a couple airplane trips to get out west.

Murderous Maids: A new take on the infamous 1933 murder case that rocked most of France. Christine Papin (Testud) and her younger sibling Lea, like their mom before them, work as house maids. However, Christine’s simmering resentment of her mom, her circumstance, and her administrators starts to wear on her in assorted damaging ways. Cast includes Sylvie Testud, Julie-Marie Parmentier, Isabelle Renauld, Jean-Gabriel Nordmann, and Marie Donnio. (94 minutes, 2000)

Rubin and Ed: An odd odyssey of 2 gentlemen on a mission to bury a deceased cat. Can they ever find the right spot? Glover once made a notorious appearance on David Letterman’s Television show playing the identical personality he does here. Cast includes Crispin Glover, Howard Hesseman, Karen Black, Michael Green, and Brittney Lewis. (92 minutes, 1992)

Killpoint: A boring, one dimensional action film with cop Fong and agent Roundtree on the track of gun runners. This film is action packed and brutally vicious. Cast includes Leo Fong, Richard Roundtree, Cameron Mitchell, Pile Perforate, and Wish Holy day. (89 minutes, 1984)

Kingdom of Heaven: A blacksmith, reeling from personal catastrophe, is influenced to join the Crusades by an illustrious knight, who says he is the young gentleman’s dad. The new knight shows his mettle by demonstrating himself a man of the people who battles to accomplish harmony between the Muslims and the Christians when guarding Jerusalem. Impressive, mythical film manages to find nobility in the Crusades, although by no means loses sight of its core personality’s personal voyage. Cast includes Orlando Bloom, Limn Neeson, Eva Green, Jeremy Irons, David Thewlis, Brendan Gleeson, Marton Csokas, Ghassan Massoud, Edward Norton, and Jon Finch. (145 minutes, 2005)

For Love of the Game: Likable film for Costner as a player with a twenty year baseball career who looks back on the last 5 years of his life throughout an eventful end of season game. Successfully played for megastar value and emotion, however goes into additional innings for no obvious rationale, leading us to an obvious finish. Cast includes Kevin Costner, Kelly Preston, John C. Reilly, Jena Malone, Brian Cox, J. K. Simmons, and Vin Scully. (137 minutes, 1999)

The Eiger Sanction: Pseudo James Bond misfire, often accidentally ludicrous. Exhilarating mountain climbing scenes don?t make up for films numerous defects and ungodly magnitude. Jack Cassidy as gay detective gives the only artistic performing. Cast includes Clint Eastwood, George Kennedy, Vonetta McGee, Jack Cassidy, Thayer David, Heidi Bruhl, Reiner Schoene, and Brenda Venus. (128 minutes, 1975)

The Sea Hawk: Top of the line amalgamation with Flynn at his streaking best in venture on the high oceans. The film has a vigorous balance of piracy, romance, and swordplay, handsomely shot, and orchestrated with exciting Erich Wolfgang Komgold score. Cast includes Errol Flynn, Brenda Marshall, Claude Pours, Donald Crisp, Flora Robson, Alan Hale, Henry Daniell, Una O’Connor, Gilbert Roland, and Edgar Buchanan. (127 minutes, 1940)

Cairo is the capital and largest city of Egypt. It is also an exotic mix of sights, sounds and smells you will never forget. A Cairo holiday is one of those things that every human being on earth should try to do at least once in his/her lifetime.

The first stop on most people’s Cairo itinerary is undoubtedly the Egyptian Museum where you can visit one of Egypt’s most famous names King Tut. This is the best place to see all the riches and treasures that were entombed with the well known pharaoh along with other Egyptian kings. Since the treasures are immensely valuable there is no photography allowed and the museum has maximum security measures in place.

Cairo holiday tourist sites that must not be missed include Khan Ali-Kalili, which is Cairo’s largest open air souk or market. All the flair and vibrancy that you associate with Cairo can be found here along with unique souvenirs. Located in the center of Islamic Cairo this area has changed little since the middle ages this is the place for perfumes, spices, and ornate jewelry.

The Citadel in Cairo is another must see tourist spot. As befits a city of this size, modern Cairo also offers glitzy shopping malls, a clean efficient underground system, and some of the best restaurants and hotels in the world.

Many people enjoy the vibe of Cairo as the Egyptian life is considered to be very relaxed. You can negotiate anything and nothing is urgent. They have real social networks that don’t occur on the computer but face to face. There are some great places to have coffee and just watch life unfold before you.
