Cast includes Fred MacMurray, Vera Miles, Lillian Gish, Charlie Ruggles, Elliott Reid, and Kurt Russell. (131 minutes, 1966)

Talladega Nights: The Battle o Ricky Bobby: This is a crazy comedy with NASCAR racing as its platform. Ricky Bobby has become one of the best drivers in NASCAR. When an accident puts him out of action, he loses his nerve for racing. With nothing but racing in his life, Ricky Bobby must find a way to overcome his fear, and return to his championship form.

Addams Family Values: The Addams family is back again with all the ghouls in force. This time a beautiful woman plans to marry cousin ‘It’ to swindle him out of his money. Anjelica Huston, Raul Julia, Christopher Lloyd, Joan Cusack, and Christina Ricci star. (1993 comedy directed by Barry Sonnenfeld)

The Great Lie: Brent weds Davis after breaking off an engagement with Astor. Astor is carrying his child. He is lost in a plane crash, leaving Davis and pregnant Astor to battle each other and all the complications. Cast includes Mary Astor, Bette Davis, George Brent, Lucile Watson, Hattie McDaniel, Permit Mitchell, and Jerome Cowan. (107 minutes, 1941)

Bram Stoker’s Dracula: Count Dracula is on a mission to find the one woman he truly ever loved. HE wants to be eternally reunited with her. He leaves Transylvania and goes to London to see if a woman who looks exactly like his love of centuries ago is in fact the woman he searches for.

Scandalous John: A Disney comedy Western chronicling what occurs when older, lovably ornery rancher Keith refuses to sell his land to a developer. Keith’s wonderful performance as a contemporary Don Quixote gives this one a lift. Cast includes Brian Keith, Michele Carey, Rick Lenz, Harry Morgan, and Simon Oakland. (113 minutes, 1970)

Trader Horn: Early talkie classic filmed largely in Michigan forests still retains lots of enthusiasm in story of hero local trader Carey confronting tribal violence. Cast includes Harry Carey, Edwina Booth, Duncan Renaldo, Olive Brilliant Carey, Mutia Omoolu, and C. Aubrey Smith. (120 minutes, 1931)

You’ve probably noticed, but lately many of the larger companies that specialize in digital entertainment and communications have begun bundling their services, offering them at one low price. Some of the larger cable providers like Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox, Charter, and others started doing this making many people wonder if they should give it a try. I’ve looked around and determined which is the best way to go. By the time you are done reading this you will be able to confidently decide whether you should take advantage of a bundle deal or search for each service individually.

It would be an understatement to say that no one wishes to give all of their services to a single company. What if they raise the price and I can’t get out of the contract? Do I have to stick with any specific hardware? These are all very real issues that need to be raised. So let’s talk about all of the offers and what happens when certain promotions end. Believe it or not, I’ve found that these companies strive to keep their existing customers, so when a promotion ends the customer can call in to extend it or move to a different promotion, which makes it a lot easier on both you and your wallet. There are a few companies, namely Charter Communications that have provided their users the chance to lock their rates in for a certain amount of time. For instance if they take a full package they can lock it in for up to two years.

Hardware is something that hinges on the company that you decide to go with. For instance you will receive a digital receiver and a modem in most cases, though if you pay a little extra you will receive a DVR. You can buy these outright, or you can return them to the company once your contract ends. You are responsible for returning this equipment however, and if you fail to do so you will find that it will be very hard to get an account with that company again. The good news is that most companies are the same as far as their policies go. The only other foreseeable problem is the instance of a service outage. After all, having all of these services on one plan can cause some serious issues. Luckily, most companies are becoming more and more reliable.

Now lets look at the bundles you can currently get from the major players in the digital services space. Satellite saw a big resurgence in the 90′s when they introduced small dish’s that could be installed on the side of a house and all-digital channels which at the time was far clearer than the signal being delivered by cable companies. Satellite TV also had more overall programming than cable at a price that was usually lower than cable. Since then satellite hasn’t changed much at all. Limited by their own technology, Dish and DirecTV are struggling to compete in the world of broadband and digital phone service. Even though television prices are still very competitive, satellite has a poor Internet option that’s only useful to homes in very rural areas and no phone service. Recently, national telecommunications companies like AT…T, Qwest, and Verizon are now offering digital TV, high-speed Internet, home, and mobile phone deals. They can now do this through a slowly growing fiber-optic network available in metropolitan areas and by partnering with satellite and broadband providers to cover the TV and Internet portions of the package. Even though the quality and price point is there, I’m currently not recommending consumers go with a telco company for all three services. Since they are partnering with other companies for the TV or broadband service, you’re merely getting a repackaged product that puts more hands in the pot and can create service headaches. Plus, if one of these partners wants to change pricing terms or pull out of the deal with your telco where does that leave you?

This means that the best option as of right now are the cable companies. They provide some of the best deals and the best quality of television. I would dare say that they are much better than Dish network and DirecTV. For instance, you can get a DVR and On-Demand music and movies on top of great digital and HD service. Satellite is just starting to figure out how to provide these same features and they have a lot of kinks to work out. With digital cable services you will also be able to enjoy digital phone and broadband from a single company. Though you could have these services separately, you can’t deny the discounts that you get for bundling them. Look at the local providers in your area to see who is offering the best deal. Without a doubt you’ll be able to find special cable deals that work well for you.

The Goblin Guide is latest and most comprehensive leveling guide I have reviewed for Warhammer Online. Released on October 16, this guide comes with level 1-40 Order AND Destruction guides, as well as a guide for making gold, RvR strategies and tactics guide, a guide for leveling crafting and a guide on careers. No other Warhammer guide comes even close to this amount of content.

Fast Leveling Guide – Following along with the guide was simple, as it is well written and straightforward. I was able to eliminate a lot of back and forth, time wasting runarounds because I had a detailed plan on exactly what quests I should be doing and in what order to do them in.

The guide itself is helpful enough, but there’s even more. You also have level and gold guides on video that you receive access to. I love the video guides. It makes it so much easier actually seeing how it’s done, rather than just reading about it.

Gold Guide – Never fear running out of gold again while you are using this guide. You will receive plenty of tips and tricks to making gold in Warhammer Online. I’ve yet to see another guide that covers the gold making aspect, so this appealed to me right away.

I have seen some of the stuff covered before in World of Warcraft gold guides, but there are plenty of solutions that are specifically geared towards this game and are very useful. Since using the guide, my gold stash has rapidly increased and I feel free to buy whatever I need without having to worry about running out of gold.

Guide to RvR – Other guides for this game seem to specifically target PvE for fast leveling. The Goblin Guide not only shows you the fastest way to level using PvE, but also shows you how to maximize your exp in RvR and any combination of the two. I had been using PvE only to level as I thought this was the fastest way to gain levels in Warhammer, but since using the guide strategies for RvR in scenarios and raiding keeps, I have been having a lot more fun.

Even after using what I learned to participate in some Scenarios and Keep raiding, I still think PvE is faster, but I’m having so much fun I’ll probably spend most my time doing RvR. This also allows me to work on my Renown rank using the 1-80 Renown Rank Guide.

One of these days I’ll get around to doing some crafting, and, having read through the crafting section included with this guide, I can see this will be a big asset when I do. I just might get started today.

Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the Goblin Guide. It covers a lot more than other guides, and generally does a better job also.

A lightning quick song that amazed thrash and speed metal fans. This song is so fast that the Metallica today has a very hard time trying to play it like they did those 20 years ago. Though it is not often played live, it has been played a few times on select tours. This song, known for its speed and powerful chords, opened the heavy metal, thrash metal, and speed metal fans up to Metallica’s ability.

4 Hero of the Day – Load

One of Metallica’s first slower paced songs. Though it picks up tempo in the middle, it was rejected at first by Metallica’s fan-base for being too slow and rockish. The Load album was the first of Metallicas alternative rock experiment and many fans did not approve. However, many alternative rock fans found this song to be very good and it is now known as one of Metallica’s most famous songs.

3 ” Until it Sleeps ” – Load

James pours his heart out about his beliefs in God and religion. The song was written when James was dealing with intense religious beliefs bias’ his family. James mom was under the belief that God would come to save her, which made her refuse the life-saving medication that doctors had prescribed her. James’ lyrics characterize the competing beliefs in science and religion, asking the listeners to think hard about their ideas. Atheists and intellectuals in the world found this song to be an interesting song that dealt with their debate, something most songs stay clear of.

2 ” No Leaf Clover ” S & M

Over the years leading up to Metallica’s performance with the San Fransisco orchestra, James was playing around with a few new riffs he hadn’t fit into a song yet. When the album S & M started recording and Metallica was accompanied by a full orchestra, James new riffs found a home in No Leaf Clover. This song was created for the orchestra album and show. It helped showcase Metallica as not only metal-heads, but as intelligent artists who knew how to create brilliant songs.

1 Master of Puppets – Master of Puppets

The best Metallica song and best metal song by far. This song has it all and the album it is named after helped to skyrocket the group’s success. Who wouldn’t love the power chords, the masterful lyrics, or the slow, interesting middle section. The song topped the charts on the boards and the charts in the fans hearts.

Fast twitch muscles fibers are actually the ones who present the speed for muscle contraction. They give the athlete speed, agility, power and quickness. You may even opt to practice them at home. They basically include exercises such as jumping, skipping, hopping, although they have different varieties to it. Repetitive sets are ideal and another option is to do it with weights.

The easiest mixing stage to apply when sequencing and organizing drum samples is the volume dynamic. Many producers like to do this on the fly, immediately have done the drum channels or after the beat is made entirely. Because it is such an easy process, most big-time producers factor this in as early as possible to get it out of the way and make a path for other samples and instruments to occupy certain sonic space.

Adjusting the volume of multiple tracks is possible in many different places in, well, basically all different samplers and hosts. For instance, Propellerheads’ Reason has volume mixers on a lot of buses and all the different devices, and also in the main mixer. So that’s three places that you can easily change the volume of whatever sound you’re currently attending to. Logic, which is Apple’s audio flagship program, also has a similar structure. You can easily adjust all types of volume quite easily in different places.

An essential rule to volume mixing that every single music producer and beat maker should note is that you should never introduce a sound into a beat if that sound cannot be heard. The best that sound can do is muddy things up, and the worst it can do is totally destroy the mix as a whole. A drum samples beat is only as good as the weakest single track, so if one of the sounds is not pulling its weight in the mix, it may be time to let it go and look at something else. Professional mixing engineers will tell you exactly the same. So have your sounds contribute equally and watch your mix take off.

You can expect lowering something six decibels will halve its volume, and increasing by the same amount actually doubles the volume of an instrument or drum sample. When mixing hi-hats, it is a good thing to make it slightly lower than you think as you’re mixing, because humans have a tendency to easily distinguish frequencies that are around the range of the hi-hat.

Velocity is different from volume as it pertains to drum samples, because it’s based on a note by note dynamic. One note could have a different velocity from the next, meaning they will be heard in different volumes and at times with completely different sounds if your drum samples were multi-sampled.

Adjusting the volume should be a task you pay close attention to. Never recklessly increase the volume of parts you would like to sound louder. It is common practice to focus mainly on lowering the volume of things you do not want so loud. This will minimize distortion and keep your mix nice and smooth, so that each drum sample will stand out on its own and add its flavor to the mix and song as a whole.

From the earth to The Moon: Jules Verne’s fiction doesn’t hover well in contrived sci-fi of early rocket flight to the moon. The cast looks mostly agitated. Cast includes Joseph Cotten, George Sanders, Debra Paget, Don Dubbins, Patric Knowles, and Henry Daniel. (100 minutes, 1958)

Metropolis: A private investigator and his nephew track a suspect to the futuristic Metropolis, meet a bizarre gal who is really an extremely commanding android, and decipher a message sent by a rebel forces leader who plans to take over the city. This is an amazing Japanese animated movie. It is written by Katsuhiro Otomo Akira, based on a visual novel by Osamu Tezuka called Astro Boy. Rich backdrops balance with cartoon looking lead characters, although dramatic storytelling and commanding visuals defeat film’s shortcomings. Cast includes Kei Kobayashi, Kohki Okada, Taro Ishida, and Kousei Tomita. (106 minutes, 2001)

The Hitchhikers Guide To the Galaxy: Arthur Dent is about to see his house get bulldozed down for a new road coming through. His best friend is unconcerned, and takes him to the pub for some beers. Then he shocks Arthur by telling him that he is an alien, and that the Earth will be destroyed in a few minutes, as a hyperspace bypass is being built. Arthur has a moment or two to decide to go with his friend, as they will hitchhike on a passing space freighter. He decides to go, and this starts an incredible adventure.

Staircase: Stun value of Burton and Harrison as a gay couple was all this film had going for it in 1969, and nothing has changed as long as then, with the exception of increased viewer interest. Dudley Moore configured the score. Cast includes Richard Burton, Rex Harrison, Cathleen Nesbitt, and Beatrix Lehmann. (100 minutes, 1969)

Metroland: Chris Bale, an easy going wedded gentleman, is visited by his oldest buddy, a vagabond poet, who convinces him to reflect on his Bohemian nights in late ’60s Paris and query the value of his life in London suburbia. Adrian Hodges adjusted Julian Bames’ novel. Cast includes Christian Bale, Emily Watson, Lee Ross, Elsa Zylberstein, Rufus, Jonathan Aris, Ifan Meredith, Amanda Ryan, and John Wood. (97 minutes, 1998)

Cry the Beloved Country: Easy going back country pastor voyages to Johannesburg looking for his child when destiny links his road with that of a prosperous, bigoted white landowner. This heart rending tale journals the racial divisiveness at its roots in South Africa, without resorting to preaching. Cast includes Canada Lee, Charles Carson, Sidney Poitier, Geoffrey Eager, Reginald Ngeabo, and Joyce Carey. (111 minutes, 1951)

A Scandal in Paris: A fashionable 8th century tale based on the recollections of the infamous Frenchman Eugene Vidocq, whose life of crime comes to a crossroads while he confronts a youthful lady who cherishes him. The clever script was tailor-made for Sanders. Cast includes George Sanders, Carole Landis, Akim Tarniroff, Signe Hasso, Gene Lockhart, Alan Napier, and Alma Kruger. (106 minutes, 1946)

Marie Antoinette: This film is a visually sumptuous account of an adolescent’s voyage from Vienna to the Palace at Versailles and the throne of France. Author-director Coppola’s Marie (as played by Dunst) is a modern-day gal, with contemporary music set contrary to the pomp and circumstance of the 18th century life. Starts to tire eventually and ends with a cry, not a smash although there’s much to like here. Cast includes Kirsten Dunst, Jason Schwartzman, Judy Davis, Tear Tom, Steve Coogan, Rose Byrne, Asia Argento, Molly Shannon, Shirley Henderson, Danny Huston, Marianne Faithfull, Mary Nighy, and Sarah Adler. The Agronomist: A commanding, abrasive documentary picture of an intriguing individual, Jean Dominique, a leading Haitian figure and significant player in the nation’s battle for human being rights. The film offers observations into the affairs of state and history of Haiti in recent years. The focus of the movie is to give us a lucid image of one guy’s tough determination and large seated human rights beliefs, and his enthusiastic love for his country. The finale is shattering. (91 minutes, 2004)

Rocky Balboa: Rocky, now a 6O-ish widower and restaurant owner, who’s disassociated from his business yuppie son (Ventimiglia), plans to re-enter the ring one last time to battle the present Heavyweight Champ. Not as poor as it may have been, even though it strains credibility; contrived, to be certain, although additionally curiously admiring. A number of ESPN-type Television identities appear as themselves. Cast includes Sylvester Stallone, Burt Youthful, Milo Ventimiglia, Geraldine Hughes, James Francis Kelly Sick, Tony Burton, A. J. Benza, Henry G. Sanders, and Antonio Tarver. (102 minutes, 2006)

The Shadow: Lamont Cranston, having lived a life of ethical degradation, is “reborn” as a single minded crime fighter with the talent to haze gentlemen’s minds. This adaptation of the venerable mush novels and cherished radio shows (carried to the theaters before in the late 1930s and in a 1940 series) comes frustratingly close to succeeding, although flounders. Cranston is both inscrutable and boring. Incredible production layout and wonderful outcomes get lost in a film that keeps the viewer at Ann’s magnitude all the way through. What a waste of an awesome supporting cast! Cast includes Alec Baldwin, John Lone, Penelope Ann Miller, Peter Boyle, Ian McKellen, Tim Curry, Jonathan Winters, and Sab Shimono. (105 minutes, 1994)

Blithe Spirit: A delectable adaptation of Noel Coward’s comedy fantasy in regards to a guy whose long since passed first spouse appears to haunt and tease him in his recently wedded life. Rutherford is remarkable as Madame Arcati, the metaphysical medium. This film made an Oscar for its visual effects. The Wedding Singer: Robbie has just been dumped, right before he was supposed to get married. He resumes his job as a wedding singer, but is miserable and depressed. While singing at weddings he strikes up a friendship with a waitress, who is engaged to a total jerk. Can these two see that they are meant for each other?

The Air I Breathe: Four overlapping, connect the dots story lines, based on a Chinese proverb and titled “Cheerfulness,” “Delight,” “Grief,” and “Love,” make up this mess of a film. Starts out promisingly, as a disgruntled office android Whitaker unintentionally figures out that a horse race has been fixed, then it inexplicably shits into a cartoon like train wreck. Cast includes Kevin Bacon, Julie Delpy, Brendan Fraser, Andy Garcia, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Clark Gregg, Emile Hirsch, Woodland Whitaker, Kelly Hu, Evan Parke, Taylor Nichols, Winner Rivers, and Jon Bernthal. Marie Antoinette: This film is a visually sumptuous account of an adolescent’s voyage from Vienna to the Palace at Versailles and the throne of France. Author-director Coppola’s Marie (as played by Dunst) is a modern-day gal, with contemporary music set contrary to the pomp and circumstance of the 18th century life. Starts to tire eventually and ends with a cry, not a smash although there’s much to like here. Cast includes Kirsten Dunst, Jason Schwartzman, Judy Davis, Tear Tom, Steve Coogan, Rose Byrne, Asia Argento, Molly Shannon, Shirley Henderson, Danny Huston, Marianne Faithfull, Mary Nighy, and Sarah Adler. The Agronomist: A commanding, abrasive documentary picture of an intriguing individual, Jean Dominique, a leading Haitian figure and significant player in the nation’s battle for human being rights. The film offers observations into the affairs of state and history of Haiti in recent years. The focus of the movie is to give us a lucid image of one guy’s tough determination and large seated human rights beliefs, and his enthusiastic love for his country. The finale is shattering. This adaptation of the venerable mush novels and cherished radio shows (carried to the theaters before in the late 1930s and in a 1940 series) comes frustratingly close to succeeding, although flounders. Cranston is both inscrutable and boring. Incredible production layout and wonderful outcomes get lost in a film that keeps the viewer at Ann’s magnitude all the way through.
