Developed by BSA’s Educational Services Committee, The Best-Kept Secret in “Green” Technology details the many ways in which bearings contribute to a greener planet.

The Best Kept Secret in “Green” Technology points out the bearing industry is constantly developing bearings that operate at higher speeds, generate less friction , support heavier loads, last longer, use environmentally friendly lubricants, and cost less throughout their service life.

In short, the bearing industry is making the most of existing machines while reducing their impact on the environment. Equally important, the bearing industry also helps users and engineers balance bearing features to achieve optimum machine performance.

The latest Bearing Brief is available for free download from Tools You Can Use on the BSA websitewww.bsahome.org. It’s the latest in a series of more than 20 free, single-topic user bulletins designed to deliver expertise to meet the needs of the end user as well as bearing industry professionals.

I am going to give you some information about ‘The Power of Conversational Hypnosis’. This is an online course that I have come across. The course itself has been created and written by a man called Igor Ledochowski who is one of the greatest hypnotherapists in the world. The aim is to learn to use conversational hypnosis rather well.

Most people that have an interest in hypnosis will no doubt of seen the experts on TV demonstrating their skills. The experts are able to hypnotise people in such a way that they can make them do whatever they want. If you buy the power of conversational hypnosis under the illusion that you will be able to do this within a few weeks you will be disappointed.

It actually takes really good hypnotists several years to learn to do amazing things like this. With regards to what The Power of Conversational Hypnosis will help you achieve, you are more likely to ethically persuade people to respect you more. I myself have seen good results from using it.

On the conversational hypnosis website the sales page immediately stands out as being really long. There is so much that you get when you purchase the course and it is all mentioned on the sales page. They are not being fraudulent when they list all these things – you do get everything.

My suggestion would be to split the course content over several weeks. I did this and found that it all sank in very well. The information is vast and to try and cram it in all at once will result in you learning nothing. There are around- hours of tutorials in total.

After you have been through the information one time it is better to digest the information, have a think about it all and then go through it all again. Once you have been through all of the information twice you will be ready to start putting what you have learnt into practice. This is when the hard work starts; it takes practice to be able to use the techniques successfully.

I have put a lot of work into learning the techniques and because of this I have seen some great results with it. Since I have been using the techniques I learnt in the power of conversational hypnosis I have noticed a difference in the way that I interact with people and I expect things to get better as I become better at applying the techniques.

I can honestly say that I’ve learnt loads with this course and I would strongly recommend purchasing it if it interests you. I have given other conversational hypnosis courses a go, but none compare to The Power of Conversational Hypnosis, it is definitely the best I have tried.

The Panasonic TX-P42X10 is a first choice for those who are looking for a large television for watching movies or playing computer games. However, it is also a great option for those who do not have a lot of money to spend but also want to get the most out of the reward of a higher end home entertainment system.

Unlike many competing products on the market, this is not actually an LCD screen. Rather, the Panasonic Viera TX-P42X10 is a plasma screen which is a completely different type of technology. Plasma screens have a number of advantages over LCD, most notably that they don’t have a limited viewing angle as many LCD TVs have.

Down Argentine Way – Entertaining 20th Century Fox musical with Grable in the movie that increased her to celebrity falling in love with slick Argentinean horse breeder Ameche. Miranda is brilliant in her first American motion picture, acting infectious Brazilian music with her own band and look out for the Nicholas Brothers, who do a dynamite forte number. Picture postcard color all the way through. Cast includes Don Ameche, Betty Grable, Carmen Miranda, Charlotte Wood, Carrol Naish, Henry Stephenson, and Leonid Kinskey.

Scream 3 – As the title implies this is the third film in the Scream series. Sydney has run away to Northern California, and is in hiding. Back in L.A. they are filming a movie about Sydney’s life. When there are a series of murders on the set of the movie, Sydney must return to L.A. and help the cops find the murderer.

Batman – The comic book T.V. show hits the silver screen. An evil and diabolical criminal, famous as The Joker, is trying to take over Gotham City. The police are unable to stop him. The city is in peril, until a new super hero emerges. An unidentified force, so to be called Batman comes on the scene and defeats The Joker and save the city.

Michael – A set of disbelieving reporters and a counterfeit “angel” find that a dotty old woman’s statement that the archangel Michael is living with her is real. Michael, even so, turns out not to be your standard angel. Pleasant, wry motion picture by no means goes where you foresee and takes its time getting there, however the journey is interesting, and Travolta, as the seedy, randy Michael, is impeccably cast. Cast includes John Travolta, Andie MacDowell, William Hurt, Robert Pastorelli, Bob Hoskins, Jean Stapleton, Teri Garr, Wally Ward, Joey Lauren Adams, Carla Gugino, Tom Hodges, and Wallace Langham.

Bug – film version of Tracy Letts’ play is tough to take seriously however not without a twist or two if you could recognize it as a stunt. This is simply bug versus man. Cast includes Ashley Judd, Michael Shannon, Harry Connick, Jr., Lynn Collins, and Brian F. O’Byrne.

Anyone who cares about min/maxing their new mage is going to want to know what the best race for mage is. Picking based on looks is great, but if you either like all the races or just don’t care, picking based on racials is the best option. We’ll talk about the pros and cons of each of the three Alliance mage races.

First to bat is human. They have a few talents that make them awesome choices for PvP mages. Every Man for Himself acts as a PvP trinket…meaning you can now equip two normal trinkets. Given the massive power of top-end PvE trinkets, this is an enormous bonus for any PvP mage. Add in Perception for busting rogues out of stealth, and you have a great PvP race.

But while they shine in PvP, Human is somewhat less amazing in PvE. Every Man for Himself will let you get back to DPSing on the occasion where you get CC’d, but overall it just doesn’t mean much. The only other thing worth noting is the 3% spirit bonus…and since Spirit is a terrible stat, it doesn’t really help pull human out of the pit as far as PvE goes. Skip them if PvE is your main focus.

Next option for potential alliance mages is gnome. Escape Artist is another great PvP racial with limited PvE uses, as is Arcane Resistance…but Expansive Mind is an amazing all-around racial that will impact heavily on both PvE and PvP mages. So gnome is a great all around choice for anyone rolling mage.

The final option on the Alliance side for mages is Draenei. Gift of the Naaru, a fairly-powerful HoT racial, is pretty handy for PvP and even has some use in PvE; not dying is great for improving your DPS. And even if you aren’t in risk of dying, taking pressure off raid healers can be good for the raid as a whole.

But the thing that is really worth noting on the Draenei racial list is Heroic Presence. This 1% hit bonus is great for PvP and PvE; miss the wrong spell in PvP and you’re dead, and in PvE no stat is a bigger improvement on DPS if you are under the hit cap. Add in their last racial, a 2% passive shadow resistance, and Draenei is another decent mage race.

So all we’ve really concluded is that unless you are rolling a human for PvE, you probably will do alright. But what is the BEST race for mage? For PvP, human is easily the best. The only thing better than one powerful trinket is two, and human can equip two thanks to Every Man for Himself handling all your CC busting needs.

And PvE? Heroic Presence doesn’t stack…so go Draenei only if you know you won’t be partied with other Draenei. Otherwise, roll a gnome and enjoy the massive Intellect bonus from Expansive Mind and you’ll do well for yourself.
