Mtv Spring Break Mexico For 2010
This year MTV Spring Break will take place in Acapulco, Mexico. Past years the music channel has moved down to Panama City Beach in Florida and even in Cancun, Mexico for the week. For those that have never watched MTV during Spring Break, it is a time that the entire station is transferred on location at a vacation destination.
Meant for college students, the station has the top bands performing for thousands of young adults. MTV, or Music Television, always knows how to throw the best parties. With dancing, fun music and many contests, this year is sure to be the best year yet.
MTV plans big for this event. There are fun contests, parties, dancing, concerts and much more. College students from all over travel each year to MTV’s Spring Break location. It is a great time that thousands look forward to every year. It doesn’t really matter if you are actually there or at home, you can experience the fun and excitement.
This year they will be filming in the Playa Suites hotel on the north side of the beach. There are many rooms available for students to stay at the many different hotels on the beach. There are many hotels in the area.
For more fun, students can attend some scheduled concerts that many hotels are sponsoring and also there will be daylong pool parties. Since the average temperature during this period will be between 70 and 85 degrees, this is perfect weather for fun in the sun.
If you plan on being one of the thousands of college students attending this year’s MTV Spring Break then you will need to be sure that you are careful about the local water. It is advised to drink from bottled water. This is the best way to avoid issues. Stomach problems seem to be an issue otherwise which will make the entire vacation miserable. It is also advised to be careful where you eat food. When your body is not used to the water and food in Acapulco, your stomach can bear the brunt of it. It is not always pretty.
There is a fun nightclub in Acapulco called the Palladium which overlooks Acapulco and the bay area. If you will be down there for Spring Break then you will truly want to party here. There is no closing time and the sound system is award winning. There is a one hundred sixty foot long wall of glass to look out at the entire night setting.
With so many things to do during Spring Break you will be sure to have a great time. If you want a great room be sure to call ahead before the rooms all get booked up. Find the perfect spot to spend the week while MTV films all of the fun that you will be having. 2010 is sure to be a great year for Spring Break.
