Televisions are things that most people simply couldn’t imagine living without in the modern world. Because of all of this we are seeing enormous rises in obesity particularly in countries like America and Great Britain and this is leading to a culture or people becoming overweight and ill as a result. The health risks of becoming too fat cannot be underestimated and many people are now suffering greatly as a result of fat related illnesses. Despite all of this, many people remain unconcerned and continue to choose to sit in front of their 50 inch plasma TV rather than get out and engage in some good old fashioned exercise.

Our kids are also growing up watching too much television and as a result a negative culture is being created. Kids are losing their grip on what fun really is and so many old activities and past times that were once so popular are now being replaced by simply watching TV.

As a result of this kids are even seeing risks to their own health. They are seeing negative effects on their eyesight as well as problems such as chronic migraines.

Instead of this, we should all be out there realising our potential and our dreams. Instead of watching other peoples lives played out on some reality TV show we should be living ours.
