Having booked themselves a villa at the Ceasars Palace Hotel & Casino, the men pussyfoot their way to the roof of the hotel and raise a toast to the night to come. The next scene shows them waking up the following morning safe in their suite but with no recollection whatsoever about the previous night’s happenings. Doug, the future bridegroom is also found missing.
They are staggered with the things around them and try to find clues to what they were up to the previous night. They find their suite a total mess, a baby in the closet, a tigress in the bathroom and Stu finds his tooth missing and Phil with a hospital band around his wrist. They find a mattress being pulled out from a statue at the top and get stunned to see the police patrol car brought from their valet parking.
Following the clues, the come across a doctor that tells them traces of the drug Flunitrazepam, a powerfully hypnotic sedative, was found in their blood and that it could account for their memory loss. He also informs them that they arrived at the hospital from a wedding. This clue leads them to find out that Stu who was working up the courage to propose to his domineering girlfriend Melissa (Rachel Harris) ended up marrying Jade (Heather Graham) an escort who also happens to be the mother of the baby they found in the closet.
Things go awry as Asian gangsters attack them asking for ‘where is he’ all the time. They miraculously escape from them and end up with the police, when they go to jade’s apartment as they think the thugs referred to the baby. How they escape from the police and get their vintage convertible back and how they trace out their own whereabouts of the previous night forms the story. The climax answers the question how they get Doug back and how they find him.
Things continue to spiral out of control when they’re attacked by Asian hoodlums repeatedly shouting out “where is he?” as they pound the police cruiser. Thinking they might be referring to the baby, the men return to Jade’s apartment to hand over the baby but are then surprised by cops who arrest them. Do they manage to escape the clutches of prison and unravel the full mystery of the past night? Do they manage to retrieve the vintage Merc? What do they do with the tiger? And most important of all, do they manage to locate Doug?
