The Jonas Brothers Rock North America, Yet Again
Teenagers, around the world, are in ‘aw’ with The Jonas Brothers. This group is based upon family values and morals, instilled in them by their parents. Their parents, in fact, travel with and are a big part in everything they do. As three brothers, and the rest of their family, it makes for a very close nit operation; one that hasn’t been seen in some time. The brothers are the reason teens girls are head over heels for this band, but the family values are whey so many parents support them. In June of 2009 the trio did a third headliner tour since 2005 when they started their career.
The band was not always so close nit. Nick Jonas was the first to enter the world of entertainment as he performed in many musicals and even made his way to numerous Broadway performances. His brother, Joe, quickly followed along the same path. Once this was out of their systems they joined with the third brother — Kevin. The first album — Nicholas Jonas — was a compilation of songs that the trio created and played. This is the album that made the heads at Columbia records turn. After hearing this album, executives at Columbia records requested a meeting with the brothers. The Jonas Brothers played “Please Be Mine” and the Columbia Records — nearly immediately — signed the band.
While the band has only toured three times as headliners, they have toured with three other bands — Jesse McCartney, the Backstreet Boys, and Kelly Clarkson. Whether they were opening acts or not, they got attention on every single one of these shows. They have also made several appearances on Disney Channel, along with Miss Teen USA and the American Music Awards. As if this isn’t enough in such a short career, they are appearing on various commercials as well.
This trio plays and sings great music, they astonish the audience at every show. Their music is inviting on the radio and CD, but even more so in person. This is why tickets, for their shows disappear as quickly as they are being released. Those who snatched up tickets had the added bonus of seeing other great musical talent like the Honor Society, Wonder Girls, Jesse James, and Jordin Sparks. Miley Cyrus made a surprise visit at one of their earlier shows, but rumor has it, that will not happen again. Guess you don’t know unless you go.
Rumor has it that The Jonas Brothers will be performing again in 2010 in many cities. Don’t miss the opportunity to get tickets to one of these amazing shows.
